Like most old useless stuff, there is actually a really cool way to upcycle your CDs. For this project, all you’re going to need is a few CDs, acrylic paint, a pencil, a paintbrush, and a screwdriver.
First, paint the CD with the acrylic.
Once the paint dries, use the pencil to draw a design.
This is your chance to be as creative as possible!
If you make a mistake, don’t fret! You’re not going to see the pencil lines when you’re done.
Once your design is in place, use the screwdriver to etch the paint off along your pencil lines.
When you’re finished, you should have something that looks like this!
You can make them in any design you want!
Next comes the fun part: putting them on the wall!
The best way to place your new work of art on the wall is with some good od’ fashion blue painter’s tape.
They really make some awesome wall art!
