One of the most popular meals just about anywhere is some simple pasta with a tomato sauce. Most people are probably familiar with the traditional marinara sauce that’s been a staple of every Italian grandma’s Sunday dinners.
Speaking as a self-described foodie, I can tell you that these are almost always delicious beyond belief but they also take hours of simmering and stirring to achieve. What a lot of people aren’t as aware of (myself included) is that you can actually skip all the cooking altogether and make a beautiful, fresh, delicious tomato sauce that requires absolutely zero cooking (other than whatever pasta you’re serving it with).
