Made from eggs, cream cheese, sweetener and cream of tartar (or baking powder), this super simple bread alternative has half the calories of your traditional loaf.
Though experts point out that with little fiber content, cloud bread converts need to make sure and eat plenty of fruits and veggies to keep those important nutrients present.
