2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix
3 tablespoons of water
1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend
and optional toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, diced onion, guacamole, hot sauce, etc.

To begin, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking sheet with a light layer of cooking spray.

Cook the beef until no longer pink, then add the taco seasoning and water. Mix together well.
