Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 1 tsp coffee (bitter coffee, finely ground)
  • 1 tbsp semi-dry sparkling wine
  • 100 ml (3.4 oz) water
  • pinch of vanilla

How to make it:
Dissolve vanilla in a small amount of water. Pour water into a coffee pot. Dip a teaspoon into vanilla water, take it out and take some coffee with the same spoon. Finally, pour the coffee into a pot and let everything sit on medium heat. As soon as you see the foam form, add champagne into the coffee. Simmer it for a while longer until the foam thickens. Your coffee is ready. Serve the drink in a small cup.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 1 cup ready-brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp condensed milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

How to make it:
Brew coffee adding cinnamon and nutmeg in the process. Thoroughly mix the condensed milk and cocoa powder. Pour half of the brewed coffee into a cup, add the mixture (condensed milk and cocoa) and mix it. Pour the remaining coffee into a cup. Sprinkle with ground almond before serving.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 20–25 g (0.9 oz) coffee beans
  • 50 g (1.8 oz) dark chocolate
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) ice-cream
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • sugar

How to make it:
Grate chocolate into flakes. Slice lemon into circles. Pour the mixture of coffee and sugar into a coffee pot, grind it and add some hot water. Sprinkle the salt and bring everything to a boil. Add a teaspoon of water and pour the coffee into serving cups. Add several teaspoons of ice cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve with lemon.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 1 cup ready-brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp dark rum
  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tsp grated chocolate

How to make it:
Pour rum into glass and set it on fire. Spin the glass with burning liquid within a couple of seconds. Pour in the liqueur, then hot coffee. To avoid mixing, pour the cream carefully down the spoon handle, so that it will stay on the surface. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve immediately.

Swiss coffee with ice

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 1 cup ready-brewed coffee
  • 1/3 dark chocolate bar
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (30% fat or more)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • some ice

How to make it:
Strain your ready-brewed coffee and leave it to cool down. Fill half a saucepan with water and start heating it up. Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in a bowl (the bowl has to be smaller than the saucepan). As soon as the water starts boiling, place the bowl with chocolate in it. Remove the bowl once the chocolate has melted. Mix the ground cinnamon, hot chocolate and coffee together; leave it to cool for a while. Whip the cream to soft peaks. Put a couple of ice cubes into a mug then pour the coffee with chocolate in. Garnish with cream, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 60 g (2 oz) ground coffee
  • 400 g (14 oz) water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some rum
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • some cream

How to make it:
Brew the coffee and pour it into cups, then leave it to cool down. Whisk the yolk, sugar and rum together and pour the mixture into the coffee. Serve cream separately and add it according to your taste.
